Resistance Parachute – XDOG™ Performance Parachute

XDOG™ Performance Parachute is an advanced training parachute designed to improve speed, explosive power and durability in dogs during athletic activity. The parachute opens automatically as the dog runs, creating gradual, natural resistance, simulating explosive-strength training while maintaining balance and stability.

Building muscle and improving performance:
The XDOG Performance parachute is an excellent way to naturally build strong, fast muscles using wind resistance during play, fetch or training. Wind resistance offers low-injury-risk resistance that can help improve acceleration, speed, jumping distance, endurance and overall conditioning.
This makes it a great performance-enhancing tool for dogs competing in dog sports such as agility, dock diving, French Ring, PSAK9, Mondioring and working dogs. But it’s also especially suited if you just want to play with your dog at the park.

Training for mind and body:
Resistance training adds a new dynamic to running by increasing the distance covered with every stride. Wind resistance challenges the dog both mentally and physically.
Daily exercise that includes running has been shown to burn off a dog’s energy more effectively than walking alone.
A dog that is physically tired from exercise tends to be healthier, calmer and happier!.

Drag resistance:
Unlike other speed parachutes, the XDOG Performance parachute offers multiple towing capabilities via a bungee cord and a strap that can attach to the parachute separately or in combination. The bungee cord offers low resistance with no jolt on take-off, increasing resistance as the dog runs faster and decreasing it as it runs slower.

Quality and durability:
The XDOG Performance Parachute is made of ripstop fabric, durable mesh and triple stitching to reduce tearing potential.
360-degree metal swivel clips are fitted on both the bungee cord and the strap, and they are strong and secure beyond any comparison to plastic clips.
Every XDOG Performance parachute comes with a carrying bag made of the same durable material as the parachute. The XDOG Performance parachute fits and can attach to any dog harness with a D-ring at the center-back.
